Organizational Inclusion and Accessibility 

AMC can accompany your organization in the process of becoming more inclusive for persons with different disabilities, from an accessibility point of view (your offices, your websites, your equipment, etc.), but also working side by side with you to increase the awareness of your employees around disability and inclusion, improving the way your human resources processes take inclusion and accessibility into account, training your teams on how to produce more accessible documents and on how to organize more inclusive meetings or events, etc.

For UNDP we performed in 2022 an accessibility assessment of UN Agencies in Tanzania concerning their communication strategies and tools (including websites and digital materials), their ground mobility solutions, their human resources and their emergency and evacuation procedures. We also provided detailed recommendations and supported in the development of a 3Y accessibility action plan.

The Be HInclusive project  that we developed and coordinated in 2019/22 within HI (Humanity & Inclusion) is an example of how an organization can address the will to include more persons with disabilities within its teams, assessing the level of inclusiveness of the organization at all levels and in more than 50 national offices
