Erika TRABUCCO, Accessibility, Universal Design, Inclusive Development Specialist
Erika Trabucco is a development technical professional, fluent in three languages, with 10 years of experience as an architect, accessibility officer and consultant working particularly in developing countries (Burkina Faso, Chad, CAR, South Sudan and Madagascar) for the United Nations and the European Union, and more than 8 years of experience as a specialist in accessibility, universal design and inclusion of people with disabilities in development and emergency contexts. Former HI’s Global Accessibility Specialist, she is now a freelance consultant for the World Bank, Eptisa, UNDP, UNICEF, the CPA, HI and other international organizations.
Olga GUMENNII, Digital Accessibility Specialist
Olga Gumennii is a digital accessibility consultant, fluent in three languages, with more than 5 years of experience in digital accessibility and inclusive design. She currently works as a digital accessibility expert for Applause, as well as a freelance consultant for other organizations, including UNDP. The support she provides includes: conducting accessibility audits of websites, mobile web and native applications against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA; providing technical and best practice recommendations for resolving accessibility issues; presenting the final results of the performed assessments in form of a customized report or a VPAT; performing the design reviews for the application mockups using Figma or similar tools; developing and conducting general and technical training sessions for designers/developers or other interested user groups.
